▪ Collection and Use of Personal Information and Presentation Materials
- Items of personal information collected: Title, Country, Full Name, Affiliation, Department, Position, Phone, Mobile, E-mail, etc.
- Items of presentation materials collected: Presentation File etc.
- All submitted materials will be uploaded on the DGCA 2022 and ICAO website for participants’ review

▪ Purpose of Collection and Use of Collected Information and Presentation Materials
- To Manage registrants
- To contact and deliver information regarding the conference

▪ Duration of Retention and Use of Information
We retain collected information from the date you first sign up until the purpose of collection and use of such information is accomplished. And we immediately delete your personal information once the purposes of collection and use of the personal information are achieved. However, we retain part of information with specific reason indicated below;
- To manage registrants: 30 days after the conference ends
- To provide further information related to the conference: 1 year after the conference ends

DGCA 2022 is co-hosted by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea (MOLIT).
We may outsource your information for preparing the conference.
