Recommended Hotels

Participants in the DGCA 2022 will be provided exclusive rates only if they book one of the hotels listed below. We recommend staying at recommended hotels to facilitate your travel to and from the venue during the meeting period. You may download a reservation form by clicking the icon beside each hotel’s information. Please complete the form and send it directly to each hotel via e-mail (see the Contact Information below).
Notice

1. The below rates are only applied to hotel stays from July 3 (Sun.) to 9 (Sat.), 2022. Reservation must be made within 25th June.

2. Room rates are only for accommodation and VAT has been included. Other expenses such as breakfast, mini-bar, laundry service, etc. should be borne by you.

3. Confirmation letter will be sent from the hotel you booked via e-mail accordingly once a reservation is made.

4. Cancellation must be notified to the hotel directly. Please contact the hotel you would like to reserve.
